My husband & I decided to buy a larger home. So we contacted Mike Kosatka. He started the search on the things we wanted in our next home in the areas of Glendale or Peoria. After looking at several homes for sale, we decided on a short sale in Glendale. We put an offer in and it was accepted. The short sale took longer than expected but he was there through the whole process. We knew that this was the house we wanted to live in so we were very patient. He explained each step to us on purchasing a short sale(which really helped and we knew what to expect). We think his experience in this industry really helped us to purchase our home!
